From product sheet to live listing in three steps.

No prompt writing, no copy-editing marathon. You bring the facts, Nordova does the marketplace homework.

  1. Describe it once

Product name, category, key features, material and care — or paste the URL of a listing you already have.

  2. Pick your targets

Choose marketplaces and languages in one matrix. Up to 12 listings in a single run.

  3. Review, copy, publish

Review the facts and any flagged issues, then copy each field with its own button.

Every listing runs through four passes

  • Analyze: Extracts facts, audience and keywords in the target language
  • Draft: Writes to the marketplace profile
  • Critique: Checks rules, limits and invented claims
  • Revise: Fixes detected issues and flags anything that still needs your review

The listing fields you need. Checked before delivery.

A complete Amazon.de listing for the bottle above, field by field — and why each part looks the way it does.

One product card. Up to 12 listings per run.

Launching in Germany, testing France, already on Etsy? Tick the combinations you need and get them all at once — each in its own language, each formatted for its marketplace.

Already listed? Paste the link.

Nordova reads your current listing, keeps the facts and rewrites it to the marketplace’s rules — through the same four passes as a new listing.

Why not just ask ChatGPT?

We gave ChatGPT and Nordova the same 15 listing tasks: the same product data, marketplaces and languages. Here is what came back.

Internal test · 15 tasks · two blind AI reviews

What Nordova does differently

  • EU requirements checked as you type: manufacturer and EU responsible person (GPSR), textile fibre names, INCI lists, toy warnings, and no banned environmental or CE claims in the copy.
  • Claims checked against your product data, with unresolved issues flagged for review.
  • Each marketplace’s limits counted the way the marketplace counts them, down to UTF‑8 bytes for Amazon search terms.
  • Up to 12 listings in one run, each in its marketplace’s structure, instead of 12 chats.
  • Field by field, ready to paste, with a clear note when something needs your review.

Which marketplaces and languages are supported?

Amazon.de, eBay.de, Kaufland, Otto, Etsy and a generic format for your own shop — in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Polish. Any marketplace can be combined with any language.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

You can, and for an occasional listing it may be enough. In our test of 15 listings, ChatGPT added claims the product data did not support in 14 and broke a marketplace rule in 12; Nordova did so in 1 and 0. Nordova checks every claim against your data, counts each marketplace’s limits and writes up to 12 listings in one run. See the comparison.

Does Nordova check EU requirements?

Yes, as hints. From your product data Nordova checks what EU and German law expects in an online listing: manufacturer, EU responsible person and product identifier under the GPSR, fibre names and percentages for textiles, the INCI list for cosmetics, warnings for toys, and reminders for electrical goods and batteries. In the generated copy it removes generic environmental claims, banned since 27 September 2026, and CE presented as a test seal. These are hints, not legal advice. Try it on a listing you already have with the free listing check.

What counts as one listing?

One generated description for one marketplace in one language, at 1 credit. A batch of Amazon.de in German plus Etsy in English uses two. Every plan has a fixed monthly allowance.

What is listing polish?

An extra editor pass over a finished listing, on the Pro and Ultimate plans. It reviews the opening, the wording and the keyword placement, rewrites the listing with the same facts and checks it again for invented claims. The new version replaces the old one only if a side-by-side comparison prefers it; otherwise the listing stays as it was and the credit is returned. Expect refinements, not a different listing.

Can I really paste the result as it is?

The fields are formatted for the selected marketplace and checked against its limits. Unresolved issues are marked “needs review”. Review product facts and required safety information before publishing.

Will Nordova invent product features?

Nordova checks claims against the facts you provide and flags issues it cannot resolve. AI checks can miss mistakes, so review the text before publishing.

How does improve by URL work?

Paste the link to a public product page. Nordova extracts the title, description and bullets, fills the form for you and rewrites the listing through the same four passes. You can edit the facts before generating.

Which AI model do you use?

Every plan uses the same model: currently GPT-6.1 Sol. Plans differ in monthly credits; Pro and Ultimate also offer an extra editing pass for 1 credit.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime, in the billing portal. Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Yearly plans are one payment for 12 months (two months free) and end automatically, without renewal. Credits arrive every month either way, and after a plan ends you continue on the Free plan. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

What happens to my data?

Your account and history are stored on servers in the EU. Product data is sent to the AI model only to write your listing. We use a single session cookie — no tracking, no ads. Details in the privacy policy.
